If you’re just viewing the Site, you won’t be required to provide personal information as you are free to browse.
If you sign up to receive any of our free downloadables you will automatically be added to our email list to receive free email messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email. We also do not allow third-party tracking of online behavior.

10. Site host by WIX
Wix does have its own inhouse analytics to track users who visit the Site, and the information collected by Wix, is provided only to us, Liberty Wellness and Co llc for our private information. This information is used to track visitor and revenue reports, information to help the Site understand how to improve by receiving tailored recommendations, and recommendations that measure results of changes to the Site.
11.California Online Privacy Protection Act (CaIOPPA)
CaIOPPA requires any person or company that operates a website that collects personal information from California viewers/ consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website state exactly ethe information being collected and those individuals or businesses with whom it is being shared. Users can visit our site anonymously. There is a link to this Privacy Policy on the footer of our homepage. Our privacy policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can easily be found on the page specified above. It is titled “Privacy Policy”

12. Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)
The COPPA Act puts parents in control, therefore has specific rules regarding the collection of personal information for children under the age of 13 years old. The FTA, US consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which requires operators of websites and online services to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13, and in order for us to agree to work with someone under the age of 18 we require a signed written contract agreement from the parent/ guardian. If you are under the age of 18 please DO NOT enter any personal information on our Site and ask your parent/ guardian to assist you with contacting us.

In order for us to comply with Faith Information Practices we will take immediate action if we should experience a data breach. We will notify you via email within 10 business days of any known breach.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law in the United States that creates rules for commercial email messages that give the recipient a right to stop receiving them at any time.
